Carbon fiber mirror & base covers

We have redesigned the covers and added the base covers to complete the look.

The mirror covers snap on for a tight fit, and the bases are a two piece design that fit with no gaps.:D

These are 100% hand laid carbon fiber that attach with 3m tape. The mirror covers have been tested to 200mph with no issues thanks to Justin Rose and the Z06 CAFFIENE ENERGY DRINK CAR.

MSRP for the set - $336.00
Forum Special - $299.00 FREE SHIPPING:woohoo:
(Set is two mirror covers and two base covers)

Mirror cover install instructions...

They fit very well and only require some initial massaging to get them where you want. The bases come together nicely and the two pieces butt up for a clean install. Test fit all the parts so you know how they go on before pulling the tape. I suggest spraying a little water on the mirrors then placing the covers on while adjusting the fit then wrap them with masking tape and let them sit overnight so the 3M tape can set up. Do the same with the base covers but install the large piece first to make sure you get it to wrap around the base tightly. Then add the small piece the next day and there should be no gaps.

How do they hold up to fading?

The parts are UV protected both in the resin and the PPG automotive clear coat. No fading, peeling or cracking.

it still looks like the previous ones, where if doesn't come arount the front mirror side. It isn't as prevelent because the car is black, but if you had a red, or yellow Vette you would see the colour between the mirror and carbon fiber correct? or are my eyes playing tricks on me?
It looks like the carbon fiber stops at the top of the mirror so you will see the front edge of the colour of the car.

Ding, Ding, Ding,,,,you are correct.
They fit better than the first ones but you can not get the covers to wrap over the edge or we could not get them out of the mold. They do look awesome on the car though:thumbs: For the money you can not get better than these. Apsis will sell you 100%wrapped mirrors for $2500.00
