Just changed to shipped today, and my sales guy is off on Tuesday, so I hope to hear an ETA tomorrow from him.

Last Wednesday he told me the car had been produced. I told him I knew Tuesday morning.......

THis tool is great. I bought my 2008 new back then, and just wondered for a long time. Now I track it every step of the way, and I know before the salesman.

I had a Lady Friend over last nite. Very Nice Lady. I was on the computer for a few minutes. I showed her this site. She just could not believe that a lot of grown ups got this excited about getting a new car. I told her I guess she will never understand. When I was taking her out, we went thru the garage and she said whats under the car cover. I pulled off about a 1/4 of the cover. She then said so your one of those people. We got into my other car and I took her home, not out to eat, as originally planned. I am a car person and she clearly was not. It just wasnt worth the needed effort...

I placed my order on Feb 16th a few days before yours and my TPW is the week after yours from what I can gather from my local dealer.

Not sure how they put them in line? Mine is Jetstream Blue and probably have to line them up by color I bet and not many JSB being ordered I would assume.

Good luck with the order. Mine is a Z06 with CFZ and Z07 options and like you spring can't come soon enough.

Don't worry Scott... Take it from me.. The longer you have to wait the better. I got mine yesterday but I can't drive it for at least a month until we get rid of all this damn snow. You're in the same boat :)

03/04/2011 - (1100) Order placed at dealership. Order passed GM edit tables but dealer has not received allocation to place order.
03/04/2011 - (1102) Order entered via web.
03/08/2011 - (2000) Order accepted by GM. Dealer used allocation to place order into production.
03/08/2011 - (2500) Order preferenced. Order pulled to the production system.
03/08/2011 - (3000) Order accepted by production control. Parts being ordered and production process is underway.

I know! All we need is a good warm windy week with rain and all this crap will be gone and the roads cleaned off!

P.S. Found out today car will be built on the 23rd,24th and finishing the 28th. Thinking of being sick from work for a few days to go do the buyers tour on the first two days....can't stay an entire weekend...maybe they will work faster and it could finish up on Thursday instead...one can hope!

My car was done last Thursday but inspection wasn't until Monday and I'm at 4150. My order # is PKZDTN and have VIN too if needed. I tried setting up account with AAG but haven't heard back from them. Do you have any suggestions? I just want to know when it gets loaded and is ready to roll..I'm really jonesing here and probably driving my dealer nuts.

That takes discipline but I respect you more for it. I agree...it's just not worth the headache..some people just will never understand. There's nothing quite like a woman who likes to drive a Vette!

Spoke to the dealer today, and he said sometime next week.

I got a Cyber GRay 3LT with F55 and NPP Paddle shift and gray wheels.

I have all my blacked out side markers and tail lights, all of my DSV interior leather that I have to swap out upon delivery and put the new stuff into my trade in.

THen all the stuff I bought new and took off of this car has to go on.

I am excited, but I do not see myself doing anything but driving and modding for a few weeks!
