Hey George,
Let me know when you have your paypal acount up and running again. As I'm in Europe, moneyorder or check aren't really easy. In the end I'd like 2 sets. Thanks! Raymond Oh and for all of you guys, I allreay bought a set from George last year and the quality and fit is absolutely great. I had lots of play (rings were completely disintegrated and now my seats are rock steady for over a year and 10.000 miles without issues. |

Do your spacers have the notch or edge cut as well as per the instructions so that the mechanism doesn't catch? I understand your spacers are filed to be the correct width, but how about that circumference?

Aloha George,
Sent you an email. Please get back to me. |

While you CAN use standard nylon washers, the 1/8" is too thick. They will need to be sanded down by hand since the required thickness is not commonly available.
For the record, sanding 4-8 tiny pieces of nylon by hand is not the easiest or enjoyable thing to do. Sincerely, Mike |
Personally I think it is a good deal. Maybe one of these days I will do mine, but right now my girlfriend likes them. LOL

Theradioflyer has been a great asset to this forum in numerous ways, from DIY's to unique parts, so while I found the Ace part number info helpful (I may decide to make my own) it is in poor taste to post in his thread about how do it without buying his parts.
I don't mind the rocking, didn't notice it until I tried to see how much power my Z has.... |
Payment sent for 8 piece set!

Is there a tsb for this seat rocking problem..I have a 2010 and this should be a warranty issue.

RadioFlyer, can we still get these parts?

Hi all, got an interesting question:
1. A couple years ago I had a 2000 FRC with manual seats that had some "rocking/creaking" in the seat, maybe a 1/4 inch of play or so. Didn't bother me much. 2. I now picked up a 1998 Coupe with the power, memory seats, and the seats SLIDE back/forth a good 2-3 inches on braking/acceleration, almost like they can't keep the set position. Now, is the ROCKING seat problem & fix having to do with the first scenario or second?? -Brian |

Are these still available? I emailed last week with no response...

I installed a similar kit today. With air tools it took less than three hours total time and the rock solid feel of the seat again is worth the price! But now I've found cracks in the other plastic parts that are part of the mechanism to raise and lower the seat... who sells replacements?
