How much doe's your C6 weigh without the driver?
Has anyone actually weighed their C6.

According to the GM site

2010 Coupe 3,208 lbs
2010 GS Coupe 3,311 lbs
2010 ZO6 3,175 lbs
2010 ZR1 3,333 lbs

For 2010 Models,

Curb weight, lbs. (kg)

Coupe, 3208 (1455)

Vert, 3221 (1461)

GS Coupe, 3311 (1502)

GS Vert, 3289 (1492)

Z06, 3175 (1440)

ZR1, 3333 (1512)

I weighed my 08 3lt Z51 car the last fall with 3/4 tank of fuel + 15lbs personal stuff+2 rolls of dynamat installed in the rear area..3280lbs
A friends C5 Z06 with same fuel was 3160lbs

Interesting stats, Les! Used to be the vert was 26 lbs. more than the coupe.

In you above numbers, base model difference is "only" 13 lbs.

But in the GS versions, the difference is the other way with the coupe weighing a whopping 22 lbs. more!!!

For my 2010 4LT with a full tank of gas:
Scale weight -- 3300#
Front axel -- 1700#
Rear axel -- 1580#

I'm sure I've seen a thread like this before where the Z weighed in just over 3000lbs...something like "3080lbs" comes to mind and I can't say how much fuel was in the car but it sounded technical.

I weighed my 1lt 2008 at 3120 with around a 1/4 tank of fuel!
The coupe can be around 100 pounds heavier with say a 3-4 lt

About 200 lbs less without me in it. :rofl:

Otherwise 3280 if I remember right with about 1/2 a tank of gas.

I had to put mine on a diet. It was eating up every Mustang in sight. :rofl:

And with all the fat in them, they are just FULL of calories!:thumbs:

I have a piece of advertising literature for the 2006 Z06 that indicates the weight is 3,132 Lbs.

Does it matter -are you going to sell your's or not buy if over a certain weight?

No it doesn't matter. I read several articals, and the specs were between 3250-3350. I bought mine thinking it weighed 3300-3350, but it turned out that it only weighed 3175 lbs with 1/8 of fuel in the tank. Now it's down to 3000 lbs, and with driver it weighs 3175 lbs.

The GM certificate of origin that came with my 2009, Z51, 1LT with NPP says 3172.:thumbs:

My shipping weight was 3198 lbs with 1/4 tank of fuel.
