I had the same problem on my 91 and it was injectors if I recall

ok, i kinda thought that would be the case , but wasnt very sure off the top of my head. what kind of injectors should i replace them with .i have found 3 , rc which i used for my black car but way pricy accels or those new guys who have a whole set for around 360?

What promted you to scan it? Were you having any issues?

terryszr1 04-11-2008 09:53 PM

the reason i scanned it , i was kinda gettin on it for a friend and i just didnt feel like the power was there . plus since getting that scann tool i hook it up when on the highway just to ck stuff out . the left side blk learns are 120-123 right 132-137 if that helps . those are when going on flat ground @70-75

Thanks, I have been fighting a low idle miss and think it may be injectors so I was just curious. What type of scan tool are you using?

Have you checked the O2s. You should check it first by commanding it lean and see how low the voltage goes down to and command it rich as well to see how high the o2 voltage goes up to. Check response time as well. You might have bad o2 sensor.
