I received my mats today, and they are beautiful. However, CCA apparently ordered (2) sets of front mats by mistake. I should have received (1) set of front mats and a cargo mat. I emailed Chip, and he called me back right away. He admitted the mistake and apologized for the inconvenience. He placed the order for the cargo mat right away and said he would ask Lloyd's to ship it this week. I appreciate the level of service that I received, and I'll plan to buy from CCA again.
