L88 Hood ?

Just purchased this engine for my 74. It has a high rise single plane manifold so I'm going to need a new hood. Will a L88 hood fit?http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c312/caduka/383.jpg Specs on engine-480hp, 510 torque, all forged, full roller,Champ Pans 7 qt. Street Pan,aluminum Pro-Comp heads 64cc angle plug 190cc intake runner

Judging from the engine pic, the L-88 hood would work nicely with some room to spare. See my signature for pics of hood to judge.

You should have plenty of room. I'm running an airgap RPM with a 1" carb spacer and standard 14" air cleaner with no clearance issues.
BTW, engine looks:thumbs:

Me confused  ... you refer to 'our engines...' and 'we use...' at your post at this thread:http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show...post1556456455 ... indicating you either own or are employed within a shop that builds hi-po sbc motors ... but you've apparently 'just purchased this engine for my 74'. Me confused; what gives?
