Girl was 18, guys were 16 and 17. Educated guess is the boy in the photo with the girl is the one who was 17 and has assumed room temperature.

LOL......just checked the site and the removal.

That's a brilliant business plan......make people pay to remove their pic (public record) from the site. It's still a public record......but my guess is sites like this get 1000x the hits and views, and is much more likely to be seen by someone that might care (or you care that might care)......than searches of public records sites.

A teenager is dead in Catoosa County, after he was shot by a homeowner during a burglary attempt.

According to Sheriff Gary Sisk, the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2500 block of Post Oak Road, Ringgold, on Monday, at approximately 4 p.m., in reference to a burglary that had occurred, with the homeowner reporting that he had shot an intruder.

As officers were arriving, the 911 center received calls from the suspects requesting medical assistance in the 5100 block of Boynton Drive. Deputies were in the area and got out with the suspects during their call.

Officers found three suspects, one male, 16, one female, 18, identified as Ansley Chrnalogar, and a second male, 17, who had a gunshot wound to his neck. First aid was provided and emergency services personnel transported the 17-year-old to a local hospital where he later died from his injury. The other two suspects were taken into custody and both were charged with burglary.

The homeowner stated that he confronted the two male suspects coming out of a room at the back of his residence, at which time they ran toward his direction, and being in fear, the homeowner discharged a firearm toward the suspects.

The homeowner is a 69-year-old man who was home alone at the time of the incident.

All statements that have been taken at this time corroborate the chain of events. The sheriff’s office continues to collect evidence and conduct further investigation into this case.

Will the two accomplices now be charged with murder?
yes, it is called the Felony murder rule. If during the comission of any felony anyone dies as a result of the crime the remaining suspect canbe charged with hisor her death (murder). Regardless of who gets killed or how.

One of the articles said the two males were running toward him. If so he's in the clear.

So sad, But scum is scum. It does not matter what color they are. Anyone who has the nerve to trespass on private property to commit a crime is playing with fire. The other two are lucky they did not get blasted also. Nuf said.

I don't describe it as sad, because justice was served. I call it unfortunate. Unfortunate that he didn't have a 12 GA.

Let me guess... They were good kids just turning their lives around. My gut tells me they were probably looking to score some prescription medications.

HERE IT IS!

Mother of deceased Catoosa break-in suspect: "He was a good kid"

The young man's mother identifies him as Dalton McConathy. She tells Channel 3 through Facebook messages: "Dalton was a good kid with the kindest (of) heart."

Kids were stealing scrap. They had been doing it for days.

Also, the home owner must had been walking around his house armed and ready, otherwise how could he shot the punks that ''....were running toward his direction while he was getting out of the room at the backyard...''?

Screw the two punk kids and the dead one, too. I feel sorry for the 69 year old homeowner who shot him. Hopefully, they will charge the two left with murder.

Why are those of us happy that this criminal got killed and the others arrested not being called racists? When we do the same when the kids are black we are racists.
