EVERYONE-
I've been tracking the weather and will continue to do so.
There is a low pressure system arriving the end of this week which will bring some rain on Friday.
The following week is looking better for the 18th but that is a long way out.
I'll be reaching out to MIR this week to see what other options are available.
(Please let me know if other alternative dates are suitable for you.)
We all need to be in agreement if any alternative dates work other than the 18th.
If we have a date that works for most of us and enough participants to still rent the track, I'll refund monies to those who cannot make the alternative date excluding the 18th.
