Highest HP/TQ bolt on C5Z? 442/395
Had my 03 Z06 tuned on Force Fed motorsports Dyno Dynamics. Mods are Callaway Honker, NW102, Fast 102 that I ported, EWP, Turn one PSP and PFADT TRI Y 1 7/8 headers. Timing @ WOT is at 21 degrees. When we added more it got pulled out by knock. My intake is super close to the cowl. Not sure if that's causing false knock. I'm planning on shaving down the back of the intake and replacing the knock sensors. Car has Hinson short mounts. Rumor has it that this is one of the lowest reading Dynos around and I could care less

I believe his graph is After all the stated mods. I was actually expecting numbers between the 405-415 range. It seems like a lot of z06's with quality long tubes put down around 390ish to the ground. Then with a Fast 102, I was hoping to see 15+ on top of those numbers and even more since it had been ported. Either was, an LS6 with long tubes does run hard indeed!!!!

The before numbers are before I added a catch can and new fuel filter. It had all the mods done. This dyno reads much lower than a dyno jet. There's much more left in it once we can add timing to it. Gotta figure out why it's getting false knock. I'm happy that it makes power to nearly 7000. That's going to help out at the drag strip.

Look's like those tri-y's added a bunch of low end torque! Those things are a work of art. I remember when I put my fast 92 on, it damn near was rubbing on the cowl. I had to massage the map sensor just to slid it in.

Both graphs are with the same mods. The higher one is after I added a catch can and tweaked the AFR. Timing was left at 21. Keeps getting pulled out. I'm sure there's another 10/20 in it with more timing.

Low numbers but like you said, the dyno owner said his unit dyno's low so what can you do.
I ran into the same thing with a previous car, all you can do is take it to the track and see how it does.. MPH

Pulled the intake off last night and inspected the knock sensors. Everything looks clean. I also took the heat insulation off the bottom of the fast. Paid more attention to the firewall this time when I bolted the intake back down. Think I gained a little room. No more contact being made. My buddy is sending me his HP Tuners so hopefully I can monitor the knock and add more timing to this thing.

Yes, sorry I forgot I even made this thread.
After getting HP tuners and looking at the tune with some friends it needed work. PE settings we still set to stock and timing was at 19 like I was told. I ended up with 24 degrees. A friend of mine recommended I try the BREF6 plugs. Typically I wouldn't even try this but the car responded amazing to them. I guess having that big of an intake on stock heads and cam requires a non projected tip spark plug. The funny thing is that I actually had to pull 1 or 2 degrees in spots which doesn't make sense on a colder plug. I know the changes worked because I hit more cylinder air mass in my logs. 1.04 was max and average was.88-.92. I did end up adjusting the knock settings. Nothing major. I also read that the PFADT headers are known to cause false knock... Weird.
I also had a 19lb clutch/flywheel combo installed last week. The car flat out is crazy... I'll post a video once I get the tune cleaned up again. Having some stalling issues. Nothing major just some minor tweaks. I guessing I can hit 420-430 on a Dyno Jet.

That's awesome dude, glad you're working to get it smooth. If you could pull 420-430rwhp on a DynoJet that would be impressive for just bolt ons.

Made a few passes this past week. Not enough to get the launch down but I was happy trapping 119 in 96 degree weather. Saw a cammed LS2 trapping 114.
