Ran a 14.123 1/4 time today at track.
Very confused on how.
Some Facts
-It was about 80-90 degrees very humid.
-Car is a 2000 FRC Manual 6 Speed
-Cold Air Intake, B n B Bullets.
-Every Shift Was Perfect
-No Wheel Spin
-.036 Reaction time.
-Stock tire
Why. Lol

60' times are critical. Reaction time has no bearing on the numbers through the traps.
Heat and humidity obviously hamper mph and over all performance.

Did the races occur at way above sea level?

I highly doubt every shift was perfect. That's not me being a dick... That's me being a realist.
I have well over 400 passes with a stick corvette, and I bet I don't have a handful of perfect shifts.
That being said, there are many things that will tell why you ran a 14 second 1/4 mile.
Post up the slip and that will tell a lot.
I presume this was at e town?
I also presume you want to bet better and go faster... Keep at it. You'll get better with seat time.
