Default Vararam tune Z06

Dropped my 13,500 mile bone stock 03 Z06 off to my tuner for vararam install and custom tune. In addition I'm having the valve springs replaced along w/ plugs and wires, swapping out tranny & diff fluid and an oil change.

I will post up results, getting a good deal in the middle of winter. I've taken previous LSx cars to them- Slowhawk performance. I'm sure they're known on this forum, great work and the owner Don is extremely knowledgeable.

Can't wait for spring!!

For anyone who cares car made 365whp & 356tq on a mustang dyno. I'm very pleased w/ the results. Should be more than enough to keep me grinning for a while.

Well yeah that's gonna be a problem up here. I will gingerly tip toe w/ it back to storage for the balance of the winter unless we get some clear days between now and early APril. Expecting 10" of snow tomorrow, got 6" yesterday, 1.5 feet this coming Sunday.....

MA/New England winters....but turns out its a good time to get your vette tuned and worked on, cheaper rates and lots of scheduling time open! It'll be ready to go for spring that's for sure.

Didn't do a baseline, I'm guessing not too much lower than that. Tuner said the vararam makes more power on the street than on the dyno whatever that means.

That is because it is a ram air intake. Sitting on the dyno there is no air being forced into the engine from it.
