Default My c5 vert runs 9.67 first time out

Im pretty happy overall car ran great..drove 389 mile round trip and did great on gas

Im going to need some help with it ...after the eigth it stops pulling..so weird..it did 118 in the eigth mile and only 126 in the 1/4...also the 305/35/18 dont hook at all..jus blew them off till i squeezed the throttle with a crappy 1.60 foot but managed a 9.67..so much left on the table...
Im very happy first time out with it....ECS chime in

heres the video

That's crazy 1.60 but spinning and 118 in the eighth is nuts, not sure how you ran mid 9's and 126 something is def off maybe track sensors recorded wrong speed. That ET and 1/8 mph would be a 900hp+car, what kinda power did it make

Any chance you data logged the run? Would tell the story for sure.
You must have made more than one run. Did it ever mph good in the 1/4?

What was the 1/8 mile ET on the 9.67 run? I'd assume around 6 flat given the mph.

Nice et Paul, the car made 754hp with 16lb of boost when it was on the dyno with temp of 88 degrees out and probably hotter in the shop. You saw 18lb of boost going down the track in 50 degree weather I'm guessing you were over 800hp to the rear wheels.

Pretty Cool! Nice to go 190+ miles, run a few 9 second passes, and drive back 190+ miles.... not too many cars can do that for sure! most would have to get to the track on a trailer and/or cost a couple hunnert grand to buy!
Congrats!

You definitely need to data log the car to see why you lost your MPH up top. If you like PM me your info and your welcome to come to our next rental. We'll get that car dialed in for sure.

Very nice start though!

Im gonna do a set of drag spindles and 275 pro drag radials for the track...i think that will take care of traction issues..looks like have to wait till spring..too much to do..
