Thanks Pete. Im glad you were able to come down tonight. Thanks again for all your help with the car, and for letting me use your drag pack.

I would also like to thank Gary and Rob for their help with tire selection and launching the car.

Below is a copy of the slip.

Wow, I knew there were 10.5s in the car but I never thought you'd get it that low! And looks like you decided to skip the 132s entirely and moved right from 131mph on to the 133s!
What were some of the other passes on the way down to that 10.5?

I was very close to coming down there last night as well to run my Z28 but I didn't get the snow tires off of it yet.

Great job dude, congrats.

Time to post up in the C5Z section unless you want that 10.4x. Congrats Andrew. Great driving as usual.

I"m calling BS!!!! Is there any mods you arent telling us about? Like you put Helium in the front tires? running high octane 93? Power shifting the car? Did you use RainX on just the windshield or all window? Has the car been clay barred recently? What oil level were you using?

LOL!!! Congrats Andrew that is nothing short of FN amazing!!! Great driving, great accomplishment. You are definitely better than the other C5Z drivers in here.

I mean look at Pittman for instance. He's so afraid of his car he hasnt raced it in years! Nickolfag doesnt have a Z but doesnt know what its like to put his foot to the floor in anything other than a Hyundai!
RobZ is now into off shore boat racing and become a sportsman angler from what Gary tells me.
Gary is just better than us with his superior C6Z06 with that HUGE 427ci motor he has in there.

The above statements were sent with love!

Thank you for all of the compliments.

It makes me feel special that I even got some love from Bruce.

The car has your typical weight reduction, drag pack, small battery, pulled the passenger seat, and low on gas. It does a 5pt chromoly bar. My race weight is right around 3200lbs.

The mods are:
Ported/milled factory 243s
FTI street sweeper Cam
FAST 102/ LS2 TB/ Vararam
LG pro Headers/ Factory Ti
EWP, UDP
Mcleod RXT twin, 30spline trans
4.10 diff

Yup, I met you...not this past Sunday, I just saw you there. It was a few months back at Atco..I was asking about your car with my friend Andrew who has a 10 sec black C6. You probably don't remember, but I had the black 99 FRC.

Your car definitely inspired me to get some 4.10s and some tires! I was running 11's at 124-5 on street tires/stock gears this past Sunday. I feel like the car has a lot left in it with 460 rwhp.

I do remember your car. I glad to hear that is running great. Just putting drag radials on the car should make a big difference.
