stock ls6 block and heads(91k)
RPM built rear end with 3.90's
Texas Speed Headers/Vararam
England Green Cam/Tune

10.90's 122-124mph. Dropping 18 drag radials and going with a soft tire. I talked to Weld and they said the XP drag lites should be back out for our cars in 2010.

Same here. I thought about pulling the front sway bar, maybe getting a fresh set of drag radials and possibly shooting for some 10.8s (less than a tenth away) in my bolt ons C6 but I think I am done seeking new best ETs for now.
I can't believe I am saying this after so many years of focusing almost solely on running new bests but I am truly looking forward to actually slowing the car down and trying to cut better lights in actual racing competition.

It won't be easy at all but in a full bolt ons only (and I mean EVERY bolt on available) lightweight C5 hardtop that 10.999 is not entirely out of the question, but that 130mph trap speed might be.
If you're talking cam only or heads/cam (or nitrous) then it's all well within reach of course.

It means no racing thru this cold season. I should be able to resume in November but having good cold air here is unlikely till Dec 2010 thru Feb 2011.

So, let me restate...10.5 @ 131 is my December goal for 2010. I ran 129+ with 12.5 psi in the rear. Hoping to launch better with 17-20 psi for less rolling resistance.

I'd like to say 10.999 but that won't happen without a clutch/gear or both. My goal is 11.2x with my current setup. I believe i can get my car that fast with more practice. Any faster will require clutch and/or gears. I'm not stripping the car either.

Would like to see 10's.. 10.999 is fine, mph I don't have a goal: whatever it takes... would really like to get my 60 foot times down.. right now 2.1+ is average and 1.9 is a REALLY GOOD run for me.. would like to find 1.7 by the end of the summer and control the power out of the gate.

DR's will help and of course some more passes.
