This might be a quick answer from a paint shop pro with access to a formula database.

My question concerns the two C7 yellows:

RPO G8A, GM code WA300N, Velocity Yellow (2014-2015)
and
RPO GC6, GM code WA386A, Racing Yellow (2016-2019)

I know that they are both tintcoat colors, and they certainly do not seem to have any metallic or pearl in them, but...

Do their formulas indicate any traces of effect pigments in either the base coat or the tintcoat?

(I do not need either formula. I know they are trade secrets.)

I dont think so
I remember is it is UBER translucent !!!!!!

I have formulas for Glasurit. None of then show a tint coat. It can be mixed in single stage or basecoat and clear. JBL

OK. No tintcoat. Thank you. Does Glasurit indicate any effect pigments? (metallic, pearl, mica, Xirallic, etc)

No pearl of any other effect pigments. They show light grey formula for ground coat.JBL
