Default Cleaning Terry Cloth RA/DA Pads

I've got a 10" Simoniz & 6" Simoniz Orbital polisher that use little terry cloth hats/foam hats & buffing pads from Canadian Tire.

What can I do to clean these pads up for good re-use?

Can I use something like Bleach to clean them, or OXI-Clean to leave no residue on the pads?
I'd rather avoid buying new pads for each car/use.

I clean my pads with an All Purpose Cleaner. I use Adam's, but there are others out there. I saturate the pads and let it soak in. Then hose them off. Definitely easier if you clean them right after use. You can do the same with a bucket of soap and water. I use a pad cleaning brush if it's "caked" on.
