Default blast media

Hey guys,

I have a small blast cabinet in the garage, I'm wondering which media would be best to use on lightly rusted/painted metal to clean for repaint?

I'm thinking glass bead but not 100% sure.

thanks for the help.

Glass bead on aluminum. For steel, I use 70 grit aluminum oxide....which works well and allows the part to be easily primed and painted without the media creating any excessive roughness to the part.
