How to correct the alignment?

Hello everyone,

I have the right "front fenders" which is lower than 1.5 cm than the left

below, another angle:





I first look if it was a door problem, but are identical on both left and right!! As you can see from the photos:









the following photos shows that if we fix the "windshield header molding corner" the problem is not with the door .....





(I made a small line at the edge of the front fender)

do you think the problem would come from a bad bonding?
where from the incorrect mounting bracket radiator?

Perhaps you would any other ideas .......

I felt completely removed the front end "....
I would absolutely realign all !!!!!!!!!!!!

The body shows sign of quite a lot of sanding (soft lines, etc) . Someone probably sanded the top of the fender off.
