Clear Bra - How long to wait on new paint?

I am looking at installing clear bra or a similar product on my car once I get my new paint job. My question is, how long should I wait after the paint job is done before installing the clear bra?

Not 90 days. 30 days. Thats pretty much the standard that installers will recommend unless the painter actually baked the panels. I always tell my clients to wait 30 days just to be safe... and I have been installing film for 7 years now without any issues.

i usually tell ppl 30 days after i paint something to for waxing it. but i have heard 30, 60, 90 and so on by painters/shops i have worked for in the past. i figured 90 days would be really safe to say. but i have never installed what you are talking about.

Well 90 would be very safe... but the film is good to go on after 30. After 90 days you would already be back in the situation of having more chips unless you didnt drive it.
