Default Rocker Panel Repair?

This is a photo of a Car I'm looking at... Non-GM, unfamiliar with Corvette mechanic put it on the lift...

Looks like it's just in need of http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?p...8&dept_id=1493 Rocker Panel Repair kit - to pull the bottom part of the panel back in, and hold it in place...

Anyone ever have this happen?

Hard to tell. May just need loosening the screws and adjusting.

DUB - it was a car I was going to look at. The fiberglass around the hole for the bolt connecting the Rocker/fender to the frame was chipped. The body shop at the dealership will have it fixed before delivery No parts required.

Thanks!
