Hard to tell from a photo but I'de say there a good chance that will clean up nicely with a fine rubbing compound or scratch squirl remover like Kit sells. Look closely to see if the scratches are deeper than the clear coat and into the base or primer. That will decide weather it will clean up completely.
The only area I see ,that I think will give you trouble, is the spot just above the side marker light. Is that bird poop or a heavier abrasion of the surface.
Anyway your local ,Auto Zone,Checker etc. ,should be able to set you up with a good product to use. I buy these supplies infrequently and they last forever. The last bottle or can ,I bought years ago. LOL
