Default Anyone use Optimum No Rinse?

I just bought some and the stuff seems very interesting.

Very SLICK. I was wondering if anyone has used it on a vette yet?

I love Optimum products so this should be interesting any suggestions on the best method is greatly appreciated.

yes, i love it and use it exclusively on all my cars

best method is to get two buckets with grit guards
one with onr wash the other with plane water
dip wash mitt in onr then wipe panel dip mitt in regular water and rub mitt on grit guard to release dirt and repeat

Default Optimum No Rinse Is A Great Product..

I just did my first wash today and am VERY impressed with the results. Didn't scratch or mar her at all..

I used a new Lake Country Blue sponge from AutoGeek it's $5 http://www.autogeek.net/car-wash-sponge.html and, my dual water guzzler drying towels from the geek and they worked wonderful, along with a single wash bucket. I used a regular empty spray bottle and made the a batch of detailer strength ONR and presoaked some areas with heavy soil at the fender bottoms, as well as the wheels, and wheel wells to my surprise it removed most of the week old debrit with NO pressure at all even the typical Florida bug mess came off without a fight.

I think the gloss is amazing. I also like the fact we can use it as a clay lubricant. I can attest it works great as that also. I had a few tar stains and couldn't resist trying it. All in all the car came out great other than the fact Mother Nature had a sense of humor no sooner she's all done and the tire and plastic dressing was applied it started raining on her and I

I did some thinking though and was wondering if anyone could explain why you need 8oz to a gallon to make the detailer strength and only 1oz to 1-2 gallons of water for washing the vehicle?? Seems like it should be the other way around..

A little note on water spots..NONE,ZERO,ZILCH almost to easy..miss a spot you thought you cleaned just use the detailer strength and hit it and your set..

I believe from now on this will be my staple wash. I traditionally used Meguiars Detailers line, but after using this stuff and seeing the speed that you can get the same results as or better this is definetly the way to go..

I think the reason why is because at the wash level you have the onr to encapsulate the debris and the water to move it away from the paint, whereas at the QD level you are wiping the debris with no water so you need to make sure that the ONR is doing all the encapsulating as well as keep it from coming off the rag and back onto the paint
