We received the following message and photo from friends:

For Sale:
1971 Corvette Coupe
454, 4-speed
All original, 100,000 miles
Make Offer

They lost everything in an early morning fire on July 3 - their home, garage, two Corvettes (and daily drivers). Great people, so sad to see them go through something terrible like this.

Such a sad situation. Sounds as though they are handling it okay though.

Pretty hot deal on the 'Vette though.

(in best Jim Carrey / Mask voice) Smokin!

Please tell them we're hoping everything goes smoothly with recovering from this tragedy. Glad no one was hurt!
