I dont know if this has happen to anyone else, I was sitting at a stop light off seattle hill rd about 7 pm last evening top down and a green ford pick-up ford ranger thur a water balloon hit the drive side windsheild on the conner and soaked me. didnt get the lic plate #, so if your in your vert be on the look out. kids and I'm glad it was only water.

Probably just some kids acting like a lot of us used to do as we battled arrested development. In this day and age, it's "fortunate' they accosted you instead of somebody well armed and with a score to settle.

Portland is fine. Most areas are about as tame as it gets for a city.

Just stay out of the far Southeast (nothing worth going to there anyway) and you're absolutely fine.
