Default ***BBQ/ GTG Mill Creek July 19th***

It's been a couple of years since we have had a GTG at the house so we figure we're long overdue. We keep running into familiar faces at different times but it's time we all get together on the same day at the same place. This is open to everyone old and new. Come out to see friends you know and make new ones. Let's kick back and catch up on your latest projects, adventures, car related or otherwise. We look forward to having you all over.

I'll have the grill fired up and on the menu will be a variety of sausages, and burgers. If you can make it out and join us for the afternoon please bring a side dish, main dish, dessert or beverage of your liking. If you can arrange for warm, dry, sunny weather that would be very much appreciated and I would like to know your secret.

The week before the BBQ I will private message all those attending. Details are below and I will keep updating this thread with attendees as people sign up.

Place: Mill Creek
Date: July 19th
Time: Around 11:30

Attending:

Fred & Connie (Brisket/ Compressed watermelon)
Bruno & Gail (Salad)
Aaron & Jen (Beverages/ Cherry Pie, Chocolate Decadence cake, Sticky Buns...?)
Walter (Bean Soup - Old or new you decide)
Jeff & Kim (Maybe)
Peter & Joy (dessert)
John & +1
Mark & 2nd serving!
Gregg & Scott
Jeff & Donna (Dessert type thing)

We'll probably have a small variety of beer so if there is a particular recipe you prefer bring it also. I'm tempted to mention Guinness and see if that brings Dean out of the woodwork.

Add Jenn and me to the list as well. I'll be bringing some beverages; no, I'll resist the temptation to bring an adult dessert although there's an interesting bakery on the way to your house!

Now would you consider Phil a side dish or a main course?

I don't know how to answer that question. I think it depends on Phil. The choice is all his.

Please add Joy and myself (Peter) to the list. We will be bringing dessert again this time. Changed back from carbotech brake pads to OEM because the squeak was annoying.

My Brembo's are quiet, but my exhaust turns heads all the time.

Small windows of opportunities in the PNW for activities and events. We'll catch up with you guys next time.

I'm actually going to miss this years Camaro show. I'm slumming with the fine folks at NAS Pensacola presently. What's the name of those oysters your recommend? Last time I was here red tide or something similar had ruined the harvest.
