Dec. 7, Griots Garage Caffeine and Gasoline Lauda Ferrari
For everyone that hasn't stored their Vettes yet. It was awesome seeing it at the Seattle Auto Show. Griots will be firing up Lauda's Ferrari on December 7. Here is a teaser video they posted!

Please remind me as I have forgotten, what time do these "Hang-outs" typically begin?
For us old salts, this is the day we honor our Navy shipmates that had fallen during Pearl Harbor attacks. Just wanted to put it out there. GO NAVY!

Saturday's forcast....low of 18 degrees and a high of 29 with zero chance of precipitation. Sunny and COLD.
MIGHT be a good day for a drive down to Griot's....brrrrrr.

Wow, colder than all heck, but I was outside behind Nikki Lauda's Ferrari and what a treat it was to see them both get fired up. That is almost one of those bucket list items, to be that close to a piece of automobile racing history as it is cranked up.
Pretty cool to look through the parking lot too. Lots of exotica out there. Loved the Panhard. Saw about a dozen Corvettes. The inner grassy field area was full of classics.
Very nice!

Well, I guess that answers our/your question Fred.....
"The two race cars are part of the collection of Tacoma’s Richard Griot, the founder of Griot’s Garage, and they’ve been lovingly and painstakingly restored by his mechanics."
I thought maybe they were on loan from LeMay. Thanks for the article link.
