Default The Electric Motor Corvette

Don't know if any of you have heard of Wayne Bickley down in CA but this gentlemen has been developing his electric motor Corvette for a few years now and it runs really well. He was trying to get his SC396 through CA emissions and got pissed and started on his own electric motor powered vette. He's presently getting 80 miles per charge and expects to soon reach 100.

For those of you with an engineering background ..... it makes for some interesting reading.

He does some NICE fabrication work

I know Wayne personally, even helped with the tune on the old SC 396. Hes got a lot of time and effort into his electric LT4 C4! And he's doing a bang up job.

There is a guy near the Yelm airport doing the same thing. He is also working on an electric aircraft.

I didn't think you needed a transmission for electric motor cars? Interesting engineering.
But that would be weird not having the V-8 music to listen to.
