Yesterday, a bunch of us from Mt Hood Corvettes headed up to the Museum of Flight in SeaTac, WA (Boeing Field south of Seattle) to see the exhibit. The highlight was the actual command module Columbia from Apollo 11 and Buzz Aldrin's helmet and glove that he wore during his moon walk

It's a must see!

I work across the runway from the Museum. I get to go there once a year for free and believe me we make the most of it.

I have to say that the Apollo 11 exhibit is probably the coolest thing they've added in a very long while.
