It is not raining in Puyallup now, and has not for a while. The computer weather forecast says showers will start around 1 this afternoon.
See you all at Griots this morning.

I was just glad to get the Vette outta the garage for a little drive while it wasn't raining. I know they don't melt in the rain, but you know...
Hope you had a great visit. See ya next time...

On the brighter side, the local NAPA store in Bothel is now an authorized Griots retailer. The franchise owner is a real car guy. He has half of the things in their catalog on his shelf and can get anything else within a week. he charges the same price as the catalog.

the possibility of getting your car stolen
the possibility of getting shot driving to the store
the possibility of getting run over by recently-returned-from-overseas soldier who's late for duty at McCord
the possibility of losing your car in a pothole
the possibility of having a permanent smell in your car from the aroma

true, it was all said in jest
My wife was down there on Sunday, next to the police station doing SAR practice. I expressed some concern about safety of her car and dog. She told me she'd be okay because she'd be next to the police station.... I said, that's the worst place, after all you locate government services where the are most likely to be used

I can think of a few reasons why not:
the possibility of getting your car stolen
the possibility of getting shot driving to the store
the possibility of getting run over by recently-returned-from-overseas soldier who's late for duty at McCord
the possibility of losing your car in a pothole
the possibility of having a permanent smell in your car from the aroma
