Default Which shop would you recommend for CAM + headers install and tune?

I am not really worried about the install, but the tune part freaks me out. I would much rather work with a shop who has been tuning LS3 engines for a long time now. Do you guys know of any good shops?

I live in Redmond, WA.

Brads Auto in north Seattle, or Blood Enterprises in Auburn.

Thanks! I'll give them a call some time and see what they offer in pricing, etc.

Consider Tom Wong down here in Vancouver, (WA) There are lots of northern WA folks and BC vettes that come down for his good work.

I had my C5Z tuned after a longtube install at Blood. If I had to do it over again I would make the drive down to Tom Wong.

I talked to LG Motorsports tday. The guy said G6XE mild cams, LG long tube headers, UD pulley, mail-order-tune would get close to 490 whp !!! If he's right, that's insane.

You cannot go wrong with Bradscustomauto Brad and his team have maintained my vette for the past 6 years.

Tom Wong however ....... is believed by many of us .... myself included ... to be the premier Corvette Tuner in the PNW. It's a long drive from here ....... but it's worth it

Tom is the one. In depth knowledge, great service. Its worth the effort to get there. You pick the level of fun wanted and he'll make it happen.

Take your work to Tom Wong, he needs the work as he's expecting his 2nd college student to be born in the months to come.

I also vote Tom Wong. He did my '10 SS/RS Camaro LS3... and with just LTs, intake and cats, we put down 423 at the wheels on a Mustang dyno. The car has run great with zero problems for over a year now, and it REALLY woke the motor up. You'll be amazed at the throttle response difference from stock.

Just recently drove a stock GS, and the throttle response almost felt tame in comparison. The car is probably just as fast if not faster in stock form than mine is modded, but the Camaro with tune definitely snaps you back

My guess is that "snap" might be the 419 lbs of TRQ

+1 for TJ wong. -2 for Brad's Custom Auto who screwed up two clutch installs on two separate F-bodys, and another -1 for Brad's who used the wrong length braided brake lines on a Cobra that almost met a tire wall at Pacific Raceways as a result.
