TOYS FOR TOTS

YEP. THAT’S RIGHT! SUNDAY DEC. 4th 12:00pm AT PACIFIC RACEWAYS( http://www.pacificraceways.com ). DROP OFF TOYS AND ENJOY THE PEOPLE AND CARS. LAST YEAR WAS AT THE EXTREME. OVER 1300 CARS. LOTS OF FUN, AND LOTS OF TOYS. WANNA MAKE THIS EVENT SO LARGE WE WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE TACOMA DOME IN A FEW YEARS. LOOKS LIKE IT’S GETTING THERE SO LETS GET IT GOING!!!
This is going to be another BIG ONE. I want to see everybody there. I mean everybody. This is for the CHILDREN that are less fortunate. I don’t care what you bring, a hot wheel or a stuffed animal. Just an unopened toy. This will show the community that People DO CARE. This will be an open forum event. I will post on other forums. Feel free to post on others also. YOU NEED TO BE AT THIS ONE! LETS MAKE SOME KIDS HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS!
http://www.nwtoyrun.com
Is up but still being worked on.
I HOPE TO SEE EVERYBODY , I MEAN EVERYBODY who has ever looked at this page to attend. As you can tell last years was AWESOME and this years will be better!!!!!!!!! This will be on a Sunday and even in the after noon so NO EXCUSES! HA HA HA!!!!
The last few years we have been meeting up and driving as together as we could. Proved to be very difficult and time consuming. This year you can do one of two things, meet as your own groups and roll up together ( most do this already) or just show up. Either way you will be part of history. See you there!

For those interested in attending the event, a group of Vettes will be meeting at the Kent park n ride just off I5 at 11:00am. At noon we'll head over to Pac Raceways together and drop off the toys. I have gone the last three years and it's a fun mega meet of all types of cars. It's a great way to meet other enthusiasts and make a kids christmas a little brighter at the same time. We must've donated over a 1000 new toys last year

Haven't participated in this before. What happens after getting to Pacific raceways? You don't get to drive on the track, do you?

Our family does a toy drive every year and this would work as well as any other foundation. It looks like a super event, only this will be the day I'm heading down to Spring Mountain. I'll try and make it, and hit the Kent Park and Ride caravan.

WOW, 1 week left. I want to THANK Pacific Raceways for letting us use their facility and all the work they put into this event. Toyota of Kirkland, Lexus of Bellevue for all the support and the treats they bring. PSTOC for their die hard support of this event. NW Auto Events for supplying the nwtoyrun stickers. And ALL of you for showing up to support the CHILDREN for this event.
I will have some important information to share for the growth of future events this year. So please everyone have a great time and enjoy yourselves. Can't wait to see you all! And please visit the Facebook page and show your support https://www.facebook.com/events/186873294720681/

Hope to make it out this year. Imperial hooked me up with a clutch so hopefully I'll have my car back on the road by the weekend.

I'm planning to get there right at about noon. Any caravans heading that way? I'm leaving from Redmond, WA.

I'd join the Kent contingent but I don't want to get stuck in case there's a heavy turnout. I'm flying out at 5 p.m. to go down to Spring Mountain for the three-day level 1 course, and I'm not missing that!

Remember to make sure you have your toy to show at the front entrance in order to make the line flow good this year. The easier we make it for Pacific Raceway the more they will support this event. And PLEASE be respectful of their property and everybody else. I would also like to thank www.ticketgangsta.com for helping the future of NW TOYRUN in incorporating to build this event larger. See you all Sunday!!!!!

Which Kent Park and Ride is this? There's one in Des Moines on Military Road, and another at 272nd.

Thanks.

Sounds like it'll be the Star Lake P&R off 272nd, and it's been advertised on 6speedonline as well. My kids purchased a bunch of toys for us to donate with their own money (raised them right at least in this regards) so I'll meet the bunch who shows up at 11 a.m., but might leave a bit early to hit Pacific Raceways right at noon so I can get heading home by 1:30 p.m. or so.
