A Corvette owner's wife posted in the C5 and C4 forums seeking assistance in pricing a car to sell for her seriously ill husband. She is new to the forum and probably not familiar with this section.

The forum members are like a family, so I thought I would post a link here in case she needs any additional help that someone local can provide. She said she is in the Portland SE area.

I just posted in the original thread in C4 General. I suggested the member post a new thread here. She may or may not.

I don't know anything about C4's so I hope we can individually or collectively help her out.

I also just posted there referring her to a mechanic here in the area that if he cannot give her an idea of the value, I am sure he could refer her to someone reliable that could.

I have a potential customer for her now! A customer called about something else, we got talking and I told him about this car. So now he is interested so I am getting the two of them together.

I just read in the C4 forum that they sold the car and they got just under what they were originally were asking for it.

She said how surprised and overwhelmed she was by the amount of people that were willing to steer her in the right direction.

She also said that it was due to a connection she had made here, so I have a feeling I know who that was.
