Resturant owner/managers

Mods, hope this is ok to post. My grandson, age 19 will be completing his program at the California Culinary Academy, S.F, in April. He will have to serve a 3 mo. externship at a restaurant prior to graduation. He would like to do this in California or the Pacific Notthwest. If anyone know of any restaurants that will accept applications for externship , please PM me. We both thank you very much for any leads. Joe
