Default Anyone up for Pizza this Saturday?

How about it Gals and Guys, pizza this Saturday at Tulla Bella's Neopolitan Pizza in Issaquah at 1:00PM. So far we have me, Muffler, and JeffSand. Anyone else? I'll be there with Caravaggio seats, and new MCM carbon fiber hood.

It looks like a sunny weekend with rain currently on the horizon starting Tuesday.

Frank Sr. you out there? Better get some sun and join us while you can.

And Billla, I've been packing around the Reno Gazzett with the Air Race results for you. We missed you last weekend so you must have been up at FL whatever. Hope you can make it Saturday.

Folks had trouble finding the restaurant last Saturday.

715 Northwest Gilman Boulevard
Issaquah, WA 98027

Directions

From the West heading East:

Take I-90 eastbound towards Spokane. Take the 17th Avenue NW exit, Exit 15. (This will be the first Issaquah exit). Go southbound on 17th Avenue NW. Take the first left at the light going eastbound on NW Gilman Boulevard. After following NW Gilman Boulevard for 1 mile take a right onto 7th Avenue NW. You will then take an immediate right into the Issaquah Commons shopping center. Tutta Bella will be on the right hand side.

From the East heading West:

Take I-90 westbound towards Seattle. Take the Front Street/E Lake Sammamish Parkway SE exit, Exit 17. Take a left onto Front Street. Take a slight right going westbound onto NW Gilman Boulevard. After following NW Gilman Boulevard for 1 mile take a left onto 7th Avenue NW. You will then take an immediate right into the Issaquah Commons shopping center. Tutta Bella will be on the right hand side.

Thanks for the directions though....I thought I knew where it was and now I don't know if I can find it! I'll call Fred if I get lost.

Looks like I should be able to make it provided I finish teaching my class on time. I really want to check out someone's new seats!

I just mentioned to my wife that my driver's seat padding is breaking down (daily driver syndrome) and her reply was, "uh oh, I can see where this is headed... The stock seat in my '03 coupe only lasted two years and that's about how long I've had my '08 so it seems to be par for the course for my usage.

Walter,

If you can find the Safeway on Gilman, Tutta Bella is in the same parking lot. It was formerly a Chili's. South side of the street.

Good showing with 7 Vettes, good company and good pizza. Lets make this a once a month event. Next one at Snoqualmie Cassino for lunch? What do you say? And what happened to XC5VETTE? Maybe he's getting a Harley and losing interest in his killer Vette?? You think?

Aaron, I have an almost new set of stock seats that I need to drive down to Northern California to pick up. I bought them for a great price. If you decide to do the Caravaggio's let me know and you can borrow them.

Thanks, Fred. I'm probably going to do something with seats this winter; I really appreciate the offer and will keep it in mind.

Fred, you may want to check out the Snoqualmie Casino, if you haven't already done so. To my mind, it doesn't offer the ideal sort of resturants for our get-togethers.

They have a buffet, which I haven't tried, but bueffets tend to be a bit pricey and not sure if they have accomodations for all of us to sit together. They have a "high-end" resturant, the "Terra Vista" which is nice, but I suspect none of us want to spend $100 for lunch. Actually they don't open until 5:00 or 6:00 PM.

They also have a nice sushi bar- the Kindai, I think it's called - but there is no way this would suit our needs IMO. A few booths for 2 or 3 and a row of seats along the bar.

Finally there is the NY Deli, which isn't bad, but kind of a cafeteria style venue with small tables.

The place is very nice, as local casinos go, and a great location from which to start a tour.

I like the once-a-month idea. I don't know we have to make it at the same place every time, or for that matter, have it on the eastside. I know you have to drive from Tacoma.

Just some thoughts. Jeff, Mike, any suggestions?

Phil

Oh no you didnant!

NO! I won't be flaking off on you any time soon! First of all, Harley's are just plain loud...not sexy...kinda like a ricer with a BIG fart can....but more irritating.
PS If this doesn't get Joe out I don't know what will!

My car on the other hand is dead sexy (IMHO). The dogs of hell unleashed at my command.....in direct proportion to it's capability.....and thus balanced....unlike our long lost friend.

As to lunch, sorry I didn't make but will try for the next one for sure....which is when?

I can't believe what I'm reading, Walter. IMHO??? Since when? That H is completely out of place with the Walter I know (one of the things I like about you ). Hopefully we'll see you at the next one.
