Default How many Hp will this project make?

Here is what I am working on this month. It is a twin turbo kit from my friend George at Turbo Technologies. The engine is a all forged and very smililar to our friend fperra's engine build. The basic differences are, slightly lower compression, a smaller camshaft, Darton ductile iron sleeves, and of course twin snail power.

Need more info, how much boost, crank or rear wheels HP? My guess is 585 at rear wheels @14 psi.

9 PSI on the wastegates, 14 PSI on high boost with Meth injection. Turbos are made by Precision turbos and are their twin ceramic ball bearing units with billet compressor wheels. Fred you know too much about the build

My turbo harley was making 2 HP per cubic inch at 16 psi. And at 12 psi about 1.5 HP per cubic inch. Dont know how close this would apply to anything else. But I bet it would be somewhere in the ball park. But peak Torque should go way beyond the peak HP. At least it did on my bike. On 16 lbs of boost it made 163 RWHP and 186 ft./lbs. of TQ out of a 80 inch 2 cyl., that stock was less that 60 RWHP.

Default Hp

How much do you need? I feel like a puss after meeting the gang in Leavenworth with all their tuned and T-charged engines that I attended awhile back. My poor stock 2009 coupe just whimpers along with its base HP. But I'm happy driving it.

Wish you luck with your upgrade. Go for 1,000 HP.

Rofl, because you need that much power to get to class on time.... Not surprised though, the nicest automobiles at my university are all driven by Japanese foreign exchange students.

Ahhh - probably a good thing. My cogs were turning trying to figure out how I was going to come up with the cash to buy that car when he went back home after school was over.

Don't fret, you can save up $80,000 and buy mine. Then I can start on my 2010 Crand Sport convertible project.

I do like your car quite a bit, as well. That blower noise is awesome.

Wrong color, though!
