Default Wanted: ZO6 Ti exhaust-Portland/Seattle area

Title says it all. Anybody local to me have a Ti exhaust they'd like to sell? Portland area would be better, but could pick up from Seattle also.

Do you have to have a Z06 exhaust? I've got a Corsa Z Series offroad exhaust that is collecting dust. It's got a very aggressive tone to it when you're on the throttle, but doesn't sound much louder than a Z06 exhaust when idling/cruising.

I got it used, and I want it out of my shop. It was $1400 when new, and I'd like to get $400 out of it.

This exhaust is 17 pounds lighter than the Z06 exhaust and 33 pounds lighter than the C5 exhaust.

Why ain't I using it? Because when I got my Z06, it already had an aggressive exhaust on it (B&B Bullet), and I saw no reason to pull one loud exhaust to put another loud exhaust on it.

Jeff

Thanks for the offer, but I'm looking to try the Z06 first. I want a little more exhaust note than stock, but not loud. I can always resell the Ti if I want to go more aggressive later.

Check out the C5 For Sale forums. You can find them from time to time there and also check out Ebay.

Thanks Tom, but it's too late!!!

I found a local B&B route 66 with quad oval tips that I decided to try out. I'll be getting in contact with you soon to install it for me. Can't wait to hear it!

Talk to you soon,
Rick

Stock C5 exhaust are around 24lbs per side (48 pounds total)
Z06 Ti Exhaust are around 14 lbs. per side (28 lbs.) total.

So you are saying those exhaust only weighs about 7 lbs per side? Are these the Corsa Ti. exhaust? I may be interested in looking at them.

Are you trying to give me a bad reputation? I wouldn't be caught dead at that place!
See Tom Wong's recent post on how they treat customers.
I've never actually been there, so I have no first hand knowledge of what they're like.

The Z Series system is incredibly light. I could easily pick up the exhaust (minus the cats) with one finger. Literally.

It looks like I have it sold, however.
