I left Germany in 2003, I have heard they are more strict now with aftermarket exhaust etc. What's the word?

last I checked it was 93 decibels was the max.

I do have friends with hopped up cars..but they know where to go to get inspected..IE guys who like american hot rods.

I got popped by a guy who didnt like americans or their cars for tinted windows..and you could STILL see through them..they were not mirrored or limousine black..but I see other guys driving with blacked out windows..who went to inpsection with sympathetic inspectors.
