I may have posted this before, but got no answer.
I'm bringing my '06 over for Le Mans this summer, and would like to use my nav system. Does anyone have the European Nav DVD, and could copy it for me to use while over there? Alternatively, a previous version that you have replaced with a newer one?
Otherwise, anyone know where to buy one?
Thanks!
GM

I bought my disc at Jenal, my local Opal/GM dealer in Homburg, Germany for the paltry sum of 272 euros or about $350, and he then used his computer to reprogram the nav in my American spec 2005 C6 coupe to read the disc. I did not think that was necessary, but I watched him do it, and that's what the nav looked for in the "setup" stage. I'm doubting that you're going to find anyone who will loan or can copy one for you, and you'll probably have to pay a dealer to load it, then pay your dealer back home to reset the nav to read your US one. Need to check this all with your local dealer at home, but that's my experience here in Germany. My dealer only sells Corvettes and Cadillacs but services all GM so he seems to know the answers when I need him.

Enjoy your C6 in Europe, but you'll really need to bring it to Germany to legally ENJOY it on the unlimited stretches. Am still easing into it with my coupe, about 3500 miles on it, and have only sustained 150 mph + when traffic has allowed, but I'll see about the 186 mph advertised when the circumstances are right and the computer is delivering full power (about 8000 miles according to the technicians). Just too many unpredictable drivers out there and you find them ALL quickly at 150 mph.
