Is this the 2.7 I4 Turbo, same as in the 1/2 tons?

I feel like these are gonna be great little used trucks in like a decade. They're crazy expensive for a midsize truck new, lol. Seems nice though.

I had to do a double take. Wasn't sure if it was a Toyota or a Nissan. Turns out it's a GMC. 😂

Nice truck. Love the color.

I just saw a new Tacama in that color. It really stands out compared to most metallic burgundies.

You realize the engine has three different modes, High Lift, Low Lift and AFM depending upon load of the engine. The lifters can retract 3 mm due to a hydraulic system in Low Lift mode. In AFM cylinders 2 and 3 are de-activated. Very complex.

I was in Wentzville 2 years ago when we were changing over. Keep the oil clean.

That sounds like a horribly complex system that's all but guaranteed to fail. GM has enough issues with AFM lifters.

This exactly - delete that junk as soon as possible - GM has a horrible reputation with lifter failures in these scenarios.

I swear its like GM tries to think of all the ways they can make lifters fail even better than before lol
