Default Ferrari: Sales as Strong as Ever, Rich still Buying.

So much for the C8 robbing sales from Ferrari.

I think the $59,995.00 C8s are safe, for now.

The Rich Still Want to Buy Their Ferraris

Covid-19 has affected the production and delivery of luxury cars, but not demand to acquire them.

The business of making Ferraris is doing embarrassingly well in the pandemic.

Meanwhile, the order book for new cars is “as strong as ever.” The group says its customers’ morale is high.

The company’s shares are 5% higher than when they started the year.

Look if someone has the money to buy a Ferrari then why would they buy a Chevrolet? Even if the Chevrolet might be faster there is just something special about the Ferrari.

Stradale? Yes, please.
Tributo? Sure!
Pista? Absolutely.

But the Portofino? The Portofino looks like a Miata and a Supra had a bastard child. Hard NO, there. I’ll take a C8 and a check for the balance any day of the week.

I have their stock and very happy with the performance, purchase tons of it with a few other High end names on March 17 2020. The rich are doing very well the Fed is feeding the economy with tons of money and increasing debt while the rich fill their pockets with more gains. Ferrari is tough to beat they have this emotional connection you get when driving their cars, hope GM can dial a little bit of that emotion in their C8 Z06.

There are a lot of good things going for Ferrari. IMHO they are still #1 for car design interpretations and they do make an effort to introduce new models and refresh the existing.
That said, to go from 9000 cars a year to 10000 cars a year in a 30 million car/year market with billionaires popping left and right....I'll say SOME rich are still buying Ferraris...but it's not like they are taking over the market either...

I think you’d be surprised how many Ferrari owners also have a Corvette. Have you ever looked at the American Muscle section on Ferrarichat?
