Default 2020 Supra crashes at Ring

I just can't seem to get excited in the least bit about the new Supra's body and the fact that it has a horsepower rating similar to a mini van just makes it that much worse. At least they are having fun at the Ring.....or are they? Looks like a pretty bad shunt.

I agree. The styling doesn't appeal to me at all. Once I had a look at it I lost all interest.

Can this motor easily support 30 psi + and become a legend like the 2JZ?

I think this car is aimed at my demographic... too young to have gotten a Supra before, but now old enough to be able to afford it.

I think the styling is pretty good. It's not as timeless as the last, but its overall a good design. They're doing what they can to provide the car people want. My biggest issue with it is the BMW interior, and the price.

I think it will do quite well. It would be on my list if I had to replace my c6

Zero to 60 mph: 3.8 sec
Zero to 100 mph: 9.5 sec
Zero to 130 mph: 17.4 sec
Zero to 150 mph: 26.8 sec
Rolling start, 5–60 mph: 4.6 sec
Top gear, 30–50 mph: 2.5 sec
Top gear, 50–70 mph: 2.8 sec
Standing ¼-mile: 12.3 sec @ 113 mph
Top speed (governor limited, mfr's claim): 155 mph
Braking, 70–0 mph: 148 ft
Roadholding, 300-ft-dia skidpad: 1.07 g

Not bad for minivan power.
