The GTR will probably go partially hybrid and be priced well above the Corvette and out of most budgets. It will move into Acura NSX pricing.

It's all good.

That GTR interior is sharp, and I'm sure it's an absolute beast & fun to drive, but the exterior is about as visually distinctive as a Sentra or an Oldsmobuick.
I tell people it is an Altima

I love Vettes, but I the GTR is turning in to my dream car.

I like to drive my car all year round and I love being able to hammer it at any time in cold temps and no wheel spin.

God I hope not but it's possible. That would be a monumental error on nissans part.

always loved the GTR, just never understood why they never gave it more of an exotic exterior appearance.

I felt the same way, but after I drove it I didn't care

Enjoy the ride!

Launch Control+ AWD= Being shot out of a Cannon

I had a 2012 CTS-V and loved the car....trying to launch it was never easy. Never felt comfortable driving it in bad weather.

Have a 14 S6 and AWD is a blast

Friend of mine has a GTR that's tuned just a bit....runs in the mid 9's

Ain't nothin' wrong with that.

Enjoy your newfound passion. Vettes will always (or hopefully) be here!

I like the exterior better than the interior. Cool car after reading this thread I went to Cars.com to see what was available.

I love never having to worry about going full throttle in the cold

I still have a 90 5.0 Mustang, I am sure I will have another Vette

I was thinking about what to do next and AWD was at the top of my list. I am guessing you get snow too in Pa. so i was thinking about something I could drive year round too. And I won't drive oneok maybe I will

We get snow and cold, maybe not as bad as Chicago, but bad enough.
All the cars in my family are AWD/4WD

Me - GTR
Wife - Infinti QX60
Daughter - Mazda CX5
Son - Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

In this climate the Vette's power was only usable 2/3 of the year at best.

Up here in the Northeast, a tuned S6 and a tuned GTR makes the perfect stable. With maybe a blown Corvette and a 1000cc bike for the summer.

I'm just scared to own an Audi due to the poor reliability and costs.

Ridiculous Main Liners.

Only kidding. Nice ride. Are you around the Devon/Villanova/Radnor/Wayne area? I'll look out for you. I'm from the Kennett Square area but around the Main Line a few days each week. If a Millenium Yellow C5 pulls up next to you this spring, go lightly on the gas so I can claim I beat a GT-R.

I am actually from Bucks County and I also have a place right outside North Wildwood in Anglesea.

That Main Line area is so crowded.

Tuesday I will be at Maserati of the Main Line at 11am getting my new rims and All-Season run-flats installed if you are passing by.
I should be there for about 2hrs

I wish I was around Tuesday...I'd stop by to see your car. I always wanted to see the cabin in person.

I'm originally from Newtown (Bucks County--not Newtown Square) and most of my family and friends still live there. Judging by the car, you probably live around the Newtown/Upper Makefield/Buckingham/Washington Crossing area. Next time I'm out there I'll PM you and see if I could check out your car.

Actually I am from Southampton, not too far from those areas at all.
