Looks like they were driving in a blinding snowstorm.

I remember putting a Busa down one day from 75MPH on in my Blown c6 zo6. He was shocked. I let him by at 140mph. This video reminds me of that day.

That dude can't ride. He is not even tucked in.
Modern day liter bikes do the quarter mile in the 9s at 143+ mph all the way to 190+ mph. These bikes have anti wheelie, traction control, clutchless shifting, launch control, etc. No car EVER touched me on my 2010 BMW S1000RR or 2011 ZX-10R.
You put it in first gear at 70 mph and go WOT and it's lights out.
If you are beating bikes it's because the rider sucks, you have BIG power or BOTH. FACT!

I wouldn't brag on that kill
If it is a 1986 Ninja 600 :
" Kawasaki’s 592cc engine can generate 75 horsepower at 10,500 revolutions per minute (rpm) and 40 ft.-lbs. of torque at 8,000 rpm. Inside each cylinder, the 600R achieves a compression ratio of 11:1. The Moto Profi website reports that the 1986 600R can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds and hit a top speed of 134 mph. "
By todays stds, that bike is a 'stone'

I couldn't tell what kind of bike it was either. I couldn't find any comments on the youtube page that could provide clarification.
It doesn't really make any difference what bike it was. As I stated above, vehicle to vehicle the result is clear. Any other result is the product crappy small bike, crappy rider, crappy driver, etc.
Now, if the C7 was a fully modified twin turbo with 1300rwhp.....

I agree 100%. My supercharged C5 Z06 has 550rwhp and cannot beat either of my bikes to their top speeds. My old bike, '99 R1 with only a pipe does the quarter in 10.2-10.3 at 137-139 with my old fat butt riding it. My '12 BMW S1000rr is way faster than my R1. There are plenty of legitimate tests that show there are no cars that will beat a modern 1000cc sport bike up to approximately 190mph. For example: Ultra HD 4K Rolling RACE BMW S1000RR vs Bugatti Veyron Vitesse -presented by Samsung - YouTube

Cool, after several bikes including two R1's, I just picked up a new '14 S1000RR recently - can't wait for springtime
