My dad's Ford Talladega
Picked this baby up the other day, 1969 Ford Talladega, 3rd owner, original, original, original, I mean I've got a mileage log with the car, I've even got the original owners death certificate, the paperwork with this car is MIND BLOWING.

Really cool "sleeper", as well as a piece of automotive history. One thing though, at least to me, I'd swap out the "PepBoys" tires for something name brand. Those cars came OE with GoodYears.....

I just had a quick read on Wiki.
I didn't realize how rare that car is. I've seen the Mercury version (Cyclone Spoiler II) at a car show once, but never the Torino Talladega.
Very interesting: 750-754 built, in three colors (Wimbeldon White, Royal Maroon and the rarest, Presidential Blue), and only one additional option an AM radio. I knew about the front bumper actually being a modified rear bumper, but didn't know about the other aero tweaks like the rolled rockers.
Thanks for posting, OP. It would be great to see some more shots of the car, such as the interior and rear end. That's a real collectors item there, one you should hold on to for a long, long time.

Much respect. That is an awesome specimen, an definitely something very special. Congrats.....I would love to have something like that.
But with that said.......damn that's an ugly car.
