Default My New 2014 SRT Viper TA

Picked this up about two weeks ago from Tomball Dodge just down the street from me.

Sold my ACR, and a couple other cars that I had to make room for the new Snake.

I agree

Why we cannot get this type of quality paint job on a vette is without any excuse.

That is badazz, now put an ACR style orange stripe on the drivers side, it would look even sicker , this is why diehard corvette people hate the viper so much, there is zero comparison in looks, people would trip over my ZR1 and Z06 to look at my gen 2 ACR .

The paint is great on all year vipers, they are all wet sanded for hours, the old fashion way.

It would be interesting to hear your insights,

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Guys for the compliments. So far I'd say that it does 99% of what my 08 ACR could do on the high speed tracks, and I expect it to be better on the mid size and tighter tracks. The best part about the new Viper is all of the interior improvements. The 08-10 Vipers still used the gen 3 interiors from 2003 so as you can imagine they were starting to get a bit long in the tooth.

The TA gets the ACRX brakes so braking is immediately improved, and high speed acceleration is much better since it has less aero. The lack of real aero though I think will keep it from breaking the ACR's ring record.

I'm running the car at MSR this weekend so I'll give a track review next week.

For now another photo.
