I'm not too keen on Vipers but know that they seem to be holding steady value.
So a friend linked me to:
2001 GTS ACR With 11k miles
Yellow with twin black stripes
Yellow/blk interior
Ac, radio, 5pt harness and side exit exhaust
What seems to be an aftermarket wing like a supra would have.
Bone stock motor.

Whats something like this worth? Yellow is such a loud color. I'd imagine it to be a tough resell as well.

The owner has meticulously cared for it. Heated storage in the winter too.

The aftermarket wing is probably a hennescrew(hennesey) wing. The car I bet is selling for somewhere in the 40's with it being a last year ACR for the gen 2's and it being relatively low mileage still. Yellow actually sells pretty well with vipers because its simply not red lol.. I hate that wing though and unfortunately it leaves holes when removed that would have to be filled..

Not worth as much as it would be without the wing, but still mid $40s easy.

I'll sell my 97 B/W GTS for $36k. Has 34k miles though.

yup, you are correct. i found it to be a hennescrew wing. lol... don't worry, i am very familiar with that crooks work.
i was actually considering buying the car but i just lost my job so i have to hold off on a sports car til i find a new job. But in talking with the owner, he would like me to help him sell it. He's not an internet savy guy.

yup, he is priced at 47k. there is a local to me, 02 GTS, has the graphite exterior with blk interior, gorgeous combo, and 16k miles.. But that blue and white, something about it just seems soo damn appealing. Either way, im not buying anything now...

Actually 2002 was the last year for gen 2 ACR's regardless you are correct, the wing ruins it, the side exhaust could be put back, ( with new sills/ rear exit exhaust), those holes from the wing will always be there.

Red vipers are always cheaper, when I was looking for my gen 2 , I found the to be up to 5k less, color combos on vipers defiantly change price.

It's a shame a stock bumble bee ACR would be a very rare find.

so i did some looking, seems the yellow/blk stripe, there were only 48 made?
the wing is unfortunate, i agree, but its something i could always fix? side exhuast looked pretty cool tho. I believe it has bellanger headers on it too. Im going to see it this week and take a bunch of photos. will post up afterwards.
