$14k sounds pretty good, TBSS's have been holding value pretty well (for a Domestic SUV, at least) since they made them for such a short window. Do you have a full history on the vehicle? If you have any friendly folks at a GM dealership have them run the VIN for any/all service it's had done by GM. Obviously this won't tell you what's happened at non-GM shops, but it can at least give you some warnings about the typical signs of abuse. Of course, get your CARFAX and such run, but beware I've seen lots of instances where major accidents have not shown up on CARFAX so it's not a perfect system.

I know some owners were complaining about trans problems with early models. You may want to look at tbss.com or just google to find more info. Price seems good - check the history.

Good price. I recently picked up a loaded 07 with 45k. Love it so far.
