Went out to play a round of golf today and saw this in the lot. $500K of pure sex appeal. Excuse the lousy pictures because all I had was my iPhone. This car is unbelievably stunning in person. So many great details -- check out the side exhausts for example. It's only a bit bigger than the C5, but looks much bigger, probably due to the very long hood.
I almost missed my tee time just checking it out.
I have no idea who the owner is, but doubt he's a member of our club. It's a "Joe 6-pack" sort of place -- anybody who could afford a McLaren would typically not be caught dead there!!!
Location: You know your drunk when you swerve to miss the tree then you realize its your air freshener! Fallbrook CA
Not going to lie, I dont like the looks of them. The front end just kills me, but hey its his money. I think I would take a Viper or ZR1 over it any day

Lot of cars WAY ahead of that one, especially considering the price. How 'bout the new Carerra Turbo S (3.3 0-62mph).
Here in Los Angeles I've seen a few of them. I even had one blow the doors off my Trans Am a few years back. Cool looking cars, but not worth the money at all.

Looks like two cars trying to be just one. The sides of the car from the front edge of the doors on back are smooth, yet everything forward of the doors is dripping in detailed shapes. Plus, the proportions of the cabin/rear deck lid area just don't match the nose. Then again, like has been suggested, it might look better in person.
Yeah...not my taste. If you're a benz fan, for "only" $200k you can get an SL 65 which has 604hp and 738 lb ft of torque driving off the lot. I'm sure for another $20-40k you could reach the number of that car and it still looks like a normal car (and get a ragtop). Not two cars put together. Now if you argue that this is "for racing" then again, MANY more viable options for less money as stated by others.
