Default 528i Questions

So we've been pondering a new car from my wife, since we will be starting a family soon. One car that we've considered is the 528i, the low end 5 series. MSRP for the 2008 is around $44k. What is considered a good price for a 2008 at this point? $2-$4k under?

Should we just go with a 2009 instead and just pay full MSRP?

For those of you with experience with the new 5-series, is it plenty of room for lugging around two child seats in the back?

MSRP? NO WAY! It's a 528, not a ZR-1 How bout invoice or at MOST $500 over invoice.

I honestly would by a used 08 and save your self $5K+

we were interested in a 5 series too,but price was way higher.
we had a really hard time trying to like the looks.seemed to be collection of different styles put together.
the lexus gs won the competition. must better looking, more power than the base,,better price, NO PROBLEMS. give it a try.

So it's pretty easy to get a 5 series for close to invoice price on an 08' right now?

My wife doesn't like lexus, though I think the gs 450h would be pretty cool.

Looking for purchasing input from recent 5 series purchasers!
